Brand New: Item(s) has not been previously used to the best of our knowledge and will likely come in its nylon, or a plain transparent packaging (nylon). Most of our items are not with carton. If purchased item requires special packaging, kindly chat us up via any support button on Page. All Charms are New

Pre-Owned: Means that item(s) has been used previous by a human but in reusable condition. Hence, may have evidence of use on them

We stock up in various locations. However, pickup of any item purchased online can be done at House 34, 52 road, Festac, Lagos. If delivery has been paid already, same amount will be refunded at pickup.

Kindly Note to give 2 business days’ pre-pickup notices via our contact numbers to enable us send the item(s) to shop if currently not in shop location.

While all payment options are safe, we recommend Payment by Transfer or USSD options on the site. However your card details if inserted are safe as they are SSL encrypted.

Lagos locations are 1 to 3 business days while out of Lagos is 2 to 5 business days. You may refer to our Shipping/Delivery terms under the Terms and Conditions.

We use the services of any reputable logistics firms

All deliveries are deemed as home/office delivery by default except for locations where home or office delivery is unavailable. In that instance, pickup will be done at the office location of the logistics company. E.g GIG Wuse

When the size of your growing child is in doubt, we advice (which is up to you to take or leave) you go for the next shoe size as he/she will eventually grow into them.

The image on display shows the color. However, the generic dominant color of the item takes preference in attributing. E.g Irrespective of the numerous color variants/shade of Blue, any item that seems like petrol blue, sky blue, cobalt blue, royal blue, navy blue, teal blue, metal blue, turquoise blue, powder blue, biro blue,  etc is Termed as Blue
